Security deposit
The deposit is fully
refundable after checking that everything is in order.
Tourist Tax
The Barcelona Tourist Tax: is payable in cash upon arrival by all guests over 17 years old. Children under 17 years old are exempt. Each guest pays the tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Any additional nights are exempt.
Cancelation policy
For the first 48 hours after booking, the cancellation is free.
After 48 hours, the 50% down payment is nonrefundable.
Payment
In order to confirm the reservation a 50% down payment via bank transfer is required.
The pending balance
and any extra fees are due upon checking in.
House Rules
- The nightly rate is based on occupancy. We will prepare the flat according to the number of guests on the reservation. All children under 2 stay for free in foldable travel crib. All children over 2, who require their own bed will be added to the number of guests.
- Apart from the group that made the reservation, no other guests are allowed.
- The main guest will have to present a copy of their ID at check in
- No bicycles allowed in the apartment or building hallway.
- All flats are non-smoking. Penalty for smoking inside 250€ – automatically deduced from the security deposit
- Smoking allowed only on balconies and terraces. Please do not throw the buds over the balcony.
- The apartment door must be locked with the key every time you go out. The door has an anti-robbery lock. Hosts cannot be held responsible in the event of a burglary. All guests receive two sets of keys. Additional sets are available upon request.
- Loss of a set of keys will result in a 150€ charge. For the safety of future guests, we must change the door lock.
- No pets allowed
- No parties, events or any celebrations allowed
- Silent hours: from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am do not make noise, play loud music in the apartment or balconies. Keep noise to a minimum when in the building staircase.
